Problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb se jan\u00eb pak. Shum\u00eb pak. Nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb q\u00ebndron Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Mjedisit, institucioni ligj\u00ebrisht p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr matjen e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb ajrit, me nj\u00eb rrjet t\u00eb kufizuar stacionesh dhe raportime q\u00eb e paraqesin situat\u00ebn relativisht t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme p\u00ebr shumic\u00ebn e ndot\u00ebsve. Sipas AKM-s\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 rritjeve sezonale t\u00eb ozonit n\u00eb ver\u00eb<em>, \u201csituata p\u00ebr ndot\u00ebsit e tjer\u00eb paraqitet e stabilizuar\u201d,<\/em>\u00a0nd\u00ebrsa tejkalimet e ndotjes lidhen kryesisht me trafikun, nd\u00ebrtimet dhe ngrohjen n\u00eb dim\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, nj\u00eb sistem paralel, i ngritur nga shoq\u00ebria civile, po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb boshll\u00ebkun q\u00eb shteti ka l\u00ebn\u00eb me nj\u00eb panoram\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Instituti p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Habitatit\u00a0CoPlan, nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb q\u00eb merret me adresimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve mjedisore, p\u00ebrmes projektit GreenAL, ka vendosur qindra pika monitorimi n\u00eb qytetet kryesore.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultatet\u00a0e fundit nuk l\u00ebn\u00eb vend p\u00ebr optimiz\u00ebm dhe nuk p\u00ebrputhen aspak me narrativ\u00ebn zyrtare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, 66.7% e pikave tejkalojn\u00eb normat p\u00ebr dioksidin e azotit nj\u00eb ndot\u00ebs q\u00eb lidhet drejtp\u00ebrdrejt me trafikun, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave zyrtare k\u00ebto nivele raportohen p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht brenda kufijve.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, 100% e pikave t\u00eb monitorimit t\u00eb Co-PLAN rezultojn\u00eb mbi standardet p\u00ebr grimcat e im\u00ebta PM2.5 dhe PM10, nd\u00ebrsa Agjencia flet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb situat\u00eb pa rritje t\u00eb konsiderueshme p\u00ebr shumic\u00ebn e ndot\u00ebsve.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Elbasan, kontrasti b\u00ebhet edhe m\u00eb i duksh\u00ebm. Nd\u00ebrsa matjet alternative tregojn\u00eb se 91% e pikave tejkalojn\u00eb kufirin p\u00ebr NO\u2082, raportimet zyrtare nuk evidentojn\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb alarmante p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ndot\u00ebs. E nj\u00ebjta tablo p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet n\u00eb Fier, ku deri n\u00eb 79% e pikave jan\u00eb mbi norm\u00eb p\u00ebr grimcat e pluhurit, dhe n\u00eb qytete si Kor\u00e7a dhe Shkodra, ku m\u00eb shum\u00eb se gjysma e pikave rezultojn\u00eb mbi standardet.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, teksa Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Mjedisit flet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb situat\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht t\u00eb qendrueshme me tejkalime t\u00eb kufizuara, matjet e Co -Plan n\u00eb terren tregojn\u00eb se ndotja \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrhapur, e vazhdueshme dhe mbi normat e lejuara.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trafik dhe nd\u00ebrtim<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Nuk ka mister n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori. Asnj\u00eb ndot\u00ebs i paduksh\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb identifikohet. Vet\u00eb Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Mjedisit pranon p\u00ebr Faktoje se\u00a0<em>\u201ckontribuesit kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb ndotjes s\u00eb ajrit jan\u00eb trafiku i r\u00ebnduar dhe nd\u00ebrtimi\u201d,<\/em>\u00a0nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb dim\u00ebr shtohet edhe ndotja nga p\u00ebrdorimi i l\u00ebnd\u00ebve djeg\u00ebse p\u00ebr ngrohje.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb disa qytete, lista zgjatet. Industria n\u00eb Elbasan, Fier dhe Tiran\u00eb vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb faktor i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm. Por mbi t\u00eb gjitha q\u00ebndron trafiku. Rreth 69% e automjeteve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri funksionojn\u00eb me naft\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa mosha mesatare makinave ka arritur n\u00eb 18 vite.<\/p>\n<p>Kontrolli i Lart\u00eb i Shtetit\u00a0e p\u00ebrshkruan k\u00ebt\u00eb si nj\u00eb tendenc\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuese, duke theksuar\u00a0<em>se \u201c\u00ebsht\u00eb rritur numri i mjeteve me mosh\u00eb mbi 20 vjet\u201d,<\/em>\u00a0nj\u00eb faktor q\u00eb ndikon drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb ndotjen e ajrit, sidomos n\u00eb zonat urbane. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb panoram\u00eb, mjetet elektrike mbeten pothuajse t\u00eb padukshme, vet\u00ebm 1.3% e totalit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb sfondin e trafikut, nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr burim ndotjeje \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur ndjesh\u00ebm vitet e fundit nd\u00ebrtimi.
