{"id":53422,"date":"2022-11-29T15:57:07","date_gmt":"2022-11-29T14:57:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jugulajm.net\/?p=53422"},"modified":"2022-11-29T15:57:07","modified_gmt":"2022-11-29T14:57:07","slug":"cheesecult-rruga-e-djathit-force-nxitese-e-trashegimise-kulturore-per-turizmin-nderkufitar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jugulajm.net\/?p=53422","title":{"rendered":"CheeseCulT\/ &#8220;Rruga e djathit&#8221;, forc\u00eb nxit\u00ebse e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore p\u00ebr turizmin nd\u00ebrkufitar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CheeseCulT- RRUGA E DJATHIT SI NJ\u00cb FORC\u00cb INOVATIVE L\u00cbVIZ\u00cbSE E TRASH\u00cbGIMIS\u00cb KULTURORE P\u00cbR ZHVILLIMIN E TURIZMIT RURAL N\u00cb ZON\u00cbN ND\u00cbRKUFITARE, nj\u00eb projekt i bashk\u00ebfinancuar nga programi Interreg IPA Crossborder, Greqi-Shqip\u00ebri, nisi n\u00eb dhjetor 2019 me n\u00ebnshkrimin e marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrmjet partner\u00ebve, Departamentit t\u00eb Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Universitetin e Janin\u00ebs, Organizat\u00ebs Bujq\u00ebsore Greke, Demeter, OJQ Argjiro dhe Universitetit t\u00eb Gjirokastr\u00ebs, dhe synohej t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundonte n\u00eb dhjetor 2021, por gjat\u00eb implementimit t\u00eb tij partner\u00ebt u p\u00ebrball\u00ebn me sfida t\u00eb shumta, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb pandemis\u00eb kur zbatimi i aktiviteteve u ngadal\u00ebsua, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb projekti mori shtyrje dhe do t\u00eb finalizohet n\u00eb fund t\u00eb n\u00ebntorit 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Projekti synon t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb tradit\u00ebn vendase t\u00eb kuzhin\u00ebs n\u00eb prodhimin e djathit, ta integroj\u00eb m\u00eb tej at\u00eb n\u00eb qasjet inovative t\u00eb zhvillimit lokal dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe konkurrenc\u00ebn n\u00eb sektor\u00ebt e turizmit dhe t\u00eb kuzhin\u00ebs n\u00eb zonat nd\u00ebrkufitare t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Greqis\u00eb.<br \/>\nP\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur realizimin e objektivave, aktivitetet e zhvilluara nga partner\u00ebt konsistojn\u00eb n\u00eb:<br \/>\n\u2022 mbrojtjen, markimin dhe promovimin n\u00eb tregjet e brendshme dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb produkteve tradicionale t\u00eb djathit si dhe produkteve t\u00eb tjera gastronomike t\u00eb rajonit;<br \/>\n\u2022 p\u00ebrcaktimin dhe promovimin e rrug\u00ebs inovative t\u00eb djathit si produkt i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt turistik pas zhvillimit t\u00eb pyet\u00ebsor\u00ebve, anketimeve dhe studimeve lidhur me gjendjen e sektorit;<br \/>\n\u2022 hartimin e nj\u00eb plani veprimi p\u00ebr zhvillimin e turizmit Agro-rural n\u00eb zon\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkufitare;<br \/>\n\u2022 pes\u00eb seanca trajnuese inovative p\u00ebr \u00e7do partner p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e kapaciteteve t\u00eb aktor\u00ebve lokal\u00eb n\u00eb sektorin e turizmit;<br \/>\n\u2022 zbatimin e dy vizitave pilot n\u00eb industrit\u00eb, punishtet dhe shkoll\u00ebn e djathit n\u00eb Janin\u00eb ku mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb rreth 80 gazetar\u00eb, punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb industris\u00eb s\u00eb djathit, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb pushtetit local, shijues t\u00eb djathit dhe pal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb interesuara.<br \/>\n\u2022 hartimin dhe botimin e nj\u00eb libri gatimi me receta me baz\u00eb djathin;<br \/>\n\u2022 nd\u00ebrtimin dhe mir\u00ebmbajtjen e nj\u00eb rrjeti ekspert\u00ebsh, agjent\u00ebsh t\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit, sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsish turistik\u00eb, prodhuesish dhe fermer\u00ebsh.<br \/>\n\u2022 informimin e pal\u00ebve t\u00eb interesuara dhe banor\u00ebve t\u00eb zon\u00ebs mbi aktivitetin dhe rezultatet e projektit p\u00ebrmes organizimit t\u00eb Dit\u00ebve Informuese nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb partner\u00ebt e projektit.<br \/>\nGrupet e synuara specifike t\u00eb projektit p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb Agro-prodhuesit e produkteve t\u00eb qum\u00ebshtit dhe sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsit e sektorit t\u00eb turizmit (hotele, restorante, sh\u00ebrbime mikpritjeje, agjenci udh\u00ebtimi\/transporti) si dhe zon\u00ebn e Vizitor\u00ebve dhe Turist\u00ebve dhe popullsin\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme q\u00eb jeton n\u00eb rajone. Vizitor\u00ebt do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqen me shijet e specializuara dhe unike, bizneset vendase turistike, q\u00eb do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lidhin produktin e tyre me tradit\u00ebn e Rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Djathit dhe ta diversifikojn\u00eb m\u00eb tej, dhe publiku i gjer\u00eb i zon\u00ebs do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb si nga ruajtja e tradit\u00ebs lokale dhe p\u00ebrdorimi i Rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Djathit si baz\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb zgjerim t\u00eb m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm ekonomik drejt aspekteve t\u00eb tjera tematike.<br \/>\nCheeseCulT pritet t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb n\u00eb ruajtjen e tradit\u00ebs lokale t\u00eb kuzhin\u00ebs s\u00eb qum\u00ebshtit dhe ta inkorporoj\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb zhvillimin e q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm t\u00eb turizmit lokal duke krijuar nj\u00eb produkt t\u00eb ri turistik kulturor t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb djath\u00eb.
