E kunderta ndodh me projektet e Brukselit ku ulen te gjithe. Vendet e tjera antare te BE ne Rajon dhe afer si Kroacia, Greqia e Italia e kundershtojne apo shprehin nje \u201cmungese interesi\u201d.
